Alright, I think we have a little "problem" going on with the plans for the CD release party. Word on the street is that Brandon is refusing to dress up in costume. COME ON. I mean, it's the freakin CD release halloween costume party.... it doesn't matter how much you dislike dressing up in costume, it's a MUST. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE IN THE FREAKIN BAND!!!!!!! Now, I know that the guys have to play and don't want a costume that is going to make them uncomfortable, but there are PLENTY of things you can dress up as that are barely different than your normal clothes. Plus, there are some awesome 3-person themes that the band could dress up as that would be really, really funny. SO, I just wanted to voice my concern as a fan that if the guys really want to make this a fun costume party, they need to get into it themselves.

What?! 9 views and no posts? No one is in agreement? Dern. Looks like you might be in the clear, B. I was hoping to get an uprising of the village folk. An outcry of injustice or something. A little peer pressure to get a costume out of you...

Jessie, I'm with you on this one. I just got wrapped up in the "Joke" thread. B, you have to dress up! Maybe you should post a thread asking for suggestions. My first one is Robin Hood. I think you could pull it off! Surely you have some rustic wear you could throw on. How 'bout it...be a sport...support the cause

I guess I'm still just bitter about Lindsey's suggestion that I should be Wonder Woman. . . I can't get excited about a costume.. ugh

I agree...I think a lot of people will be very upset if you don't dress up B. Who knows, we all might refuse to dance until you come out in something other than the norm. Wouldn't that suck?!?

Hey this was supposed to be a friendly village folk unity display, not a village stoning! Heheh.
I really don't think so folks.. why can't you guys make up for me by wearing super cool stuff? I guess I could wear a fur coat and pretend to be a buffalo or something, it's just not my style, sorry.
You are all really sweet though & I appreciate it..

Well B i have decided not to go as Steve Irwin the Crocodile Hunter so you could do that. I would think that it was funny. I got a great costume last night at Wal-Mart, that was much easier than trying to figure out how I was going to get that Sting Ray tail to stick out of my heart.

Dang Nat, that's harsh!
B, for the record, that Wonder Woman thing was just a joke. I knew that you would laugh so that's why I said it. I am sticking to my original idea of the Village People. It could be cool.

ok, I'm back in town and ready to weigh in on the subject. I'm with Jessie. I'm posting a guard at the gate, and no one is allowed unless they are in costume. Band included. B, if you plan on coming without, your gonna have to wade the creek across. The piranha's are really bad this time of year, so you're on your own if that's what you choose to do.

good call fran! - glad you made it back safely and i hope you had a great trip. i don't think any of the band members have costumes yet...i've had some ideas, but i'm just really lazy. speaking of which, can i go as the super hero "lazy dude"? during the day he just strolls around in jeans and a t-shirt, but after he gets liquored up on tequila he gains super human powers like seeing double and disappearing
